LGBTQIA+ individuals are more likely than non-queer people to be victims of violence, to experience trauma, and to suffer from long-term mental health complications. Our Resource Hub is a selection of a range of different help and support sources from across the continent aimed at supporting the diverse communities within the queer umbrella. These include legal assistance, counselling, general information, health referrals, social groups, events, and more.
We take the collection and protection of data very seriously and continuously work to maintain the highest level of data protection and transparency possible.
All of our data is end-to-end encrypted and we never share data.
All data remains confidential. All data is deleted within 30 days.
We have put together a short single-page document intended for teachers, health practitioners, venue owners and those that share spaces with queer people to print and display.
It outlines what hate violence is, what it might look like, the impacts of hate upon queer people, and how we can deal with the repercussions of prejudice-motivated incidents.
