2. Data We Collect

Across all channels (phone/email/social media/app):

• What’s collected: Incident details, contact info (if provided), and metadata (e.g., call timestamps).

• What’s not: We do not ask for health records, financial details or any identification.

• Children: We delete under-16 data unless parental consent is verified.

3. How We Use Data

• AI: We never use AI to analyse the individual data provided in the reports.

• Human review: All reports are processed by trained staff, not automated decisions.

4. Your Rights

• Anonymous reporting: Available on all channels (caller ID/email headers discarded if requested).

• Delete anytime: Email "[Privacy Email]" with "URGENT DELETION" for 12-hour processing.

• Whistleblower mode: Reports about organisations will have identifying information redacted unless legally compelled otherwise.

Text - reports via text have the data manually inputted into our database before being deleted after 30 days. 

Email - reports via email have the data manually inputted into our database before being deleted after 30 days.

Social Media - screenshots (with identifying data such as username/profile picture/etc removed) are stored securely before being deleted after 30 days. DMs not archived.

6. Security & Transparency

• All data encrypted (AES-256/TLS).

• No tracking – we don’t use cookies or log IPs beyond abuse prevention.

• Quarterly audits: Published in our quarterly reports.
